Regeneration of historic Oliver Buildings
Wessex owns a c.50,000 sq ft grade II listed office property known as the Oliver Buildings, standing upon a riverfront site of approximately 1.5 acres. After extensive consultation with the planning authority, Historic England, and local stakeholders, we are now in the planning process for the development of a mixed-use conversion project to deliver ground floor commercial uses and around 50 high quality residential units.
