Secure hybrid planning consent for the regeneration of Anchorwood Bank, Barnstaple, including detail for a 73,000 sq ft foodstore and infrastructure, plus outline for 350 homes and a mix of other commercial uses

Secure detailed planning consent for a 90-bedroom hotel and family pub, and drive-thru restaurant, to be operated by Whitbread and McDonalds respectively in Bideford. Followed up in 2015 with detailed planning for an 18,000 sq ft foodstore and drive-thru coffee outlet, to be operated by Aldi and Starbucks
